Instructions:

1. You are eligible to apply for the EANGUT Scholarship Program only if your sponsor possesses ENLISTED military service and is a current EANGUT member. Applicant must be a legal dependent of the sponsor. An EANGUT Member can only sponsor one applicant per year. If you received a scholarship the previous year you may still apply however, you will be in a lower zone of consideration. The entries on this application form must be COMPLETE and ACCURATE. 2. High School and/or college transcripts must be submitted with the application 3. Read all instructions carefully before attempting to answer. Ensure that all answers are accurate. As used in this application form, the term; Sponsor; refers to the parent, stepparent, or legal guardian through whose military service your eligibility for this program is claimed. Fill in all the blocks. If none or not applicable, so state. 4. Review the form for completeness and all answers for correctness. 5. Participation in this scholarship requires you to be present at the EANGUT State Conference, where the award will be presented. Recipients will be provided date and location. Non-participation will require the recipient to forfeit the award.
